Once there was a time when the world was flat. Once there was a time when the Earth was the center of the universe. And once there was a time where all that mattered was how cheap manufacturing and mass marketing was all you needed to build a successful company.

Fast-forward to 2010. Things have changed. Marketing, in all its forms, is about building a brand; creating a brand that is unique, that speaks to people, that is bigger than any one product or service. That is the name of the game. We, as marketers, must learn to adapt and to grow.

My name is Zach Heller, and I have been a marketer all my life. I am a firm believer that we are all marketers and everything around us deserves to have a marketer there to support it.

I’ve worked as a marketer in various ways. I’ve built and marketed my own brand. I’ve worked on the client side to market brands and products to various consumer markets. I’ve worked on the agency side to help my clients develop newer, more efficient marketing strategies that help them compete in the new economy.

I joined the team at GaWrilla because I believe that Marketing, in a sense, now encompasses everything about running a business. Your brand is who you are. Your brand tells a story. Only unique and powerful stories will survive.
